Video #1 is about a 3-step, 17-minute cure I discovered this week for my feelings of OVERWHELM and ANXIETY.
It's nice and simple...just like I like things. The simpler the better as far as I'm concerned.
This cure can work for you no matter what the cause of the overwhelm or anxiety is.
How?
The cure starts with you moving just one muscle. Most of our feelings of overwhelm and anxiety come from paralyzing
thoughts that put our boots in concrete. We don't move. We don't dare.
And objects that aren't moving tend to stay stuck until some other outside force kicks it in the ass.
That's my redneck version of Isaac Newton's first rule there for you.
The overwhelm and anxiety inside yourself or your relationship is
likely caused by your indecision or uncertainty about taking a step in some direction - any direction. You don't know exactly what to think, say or do...so you do nothing.
As Teddy Roosevelt said:
“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.”
