My Top 3 Tips for Married Guys Having a Really Tough Time

Published: Sun, 06/05/16

Hey,

I made it back from Costa Rica in one piece despite a GPS lady who I'm pretty sure was drunk.  Otherwise, I wouldn't have almost wound up in a Nicaraguan prison.  It seems I should have turned south, not north.  It was a blast but it's always good to get home.

Thanks to all of you who encouraged me to take the time off and skip a few calls.

My video this week is about an article I published recently.

I wanted to give my top 3 tips to men who are in the toughest part of a marriage - the part where you think you might not make it.

As you know, I ended up divorced after 28 years. But if I could go back in time and give myself some advice, I would include these 3 things.

I know how incredibly difficult it is to keep your head on straight during this time. But the best thing you can do for yourself is to detach from any particular outcome you're trying to orchestrate.  Read more about the tips here.

The June Masculine Confidence Men's Retreat is scheduled for Saturday, June 25th from 11am to 6pm.

This is going to be a powerful and fun day. And overnight camping is an option for you adventure minded men.  You can pick your tent spot from one of about 10,000 acres in my back yard.  I promise we won't have 10 inches of snow like we did on April 30th!  (the Phoenix guys thought it was cool)

My place is a little less than two hours north of Denver airport.  Flights are cheap and my Bratwurst lunch is top notch!

As you will see on the sign up page, this retreat is all about "How to Create the Future you Really Want". We're going to help each other rewrite the stories of our future.  We'll challenge your current story and help craft a realistic plan for creating what you really want.

Anything is possible if you want it bad enough.  This retreat will tap into your power to create it and give you the encouragement you need to take your first steps in the right direction.

See the agenda and sign up HERE to reserve your spot.  Only 10 men maximum can register.

Lotta love, brother,
Steve

P.S.  Hit reply if you have any questions about the retreat or the overnight camping option.  And if you're interested in having a deep dive conversation about your goals, go here to sign up for a free discovery call with me. I'm interested in listening to your story.
