Hello Your Hotness,
Meet my daughter, Chauncey, over there to the right. No, I don't have kids. So why should you give a crap about what I've got to say about being a dad?! Maybe you shouldn't. I'll leave that up to you.
I recently had a Do's and Don'ts article published in the Expert Beacon website for dads who want to build more trust and respect in their family.
As you might guess, they sound a lot like other things you've read from me.
Emotional safety means feeling accepted and believing that you are free from emotional attack or harm. Trust and respect are key components of emotional safety for families. Distrust and disrespect can thrive in a family -- if dads are unaware of their special "dadly" gifts.
Wives and kids crave a consistent, predictable energy from
dads, which can create feelings of acceptance, appreciation and approval. A father's uncertainty or unwillingness to provide this energy frequently results in arguments, resentment and disrespectful behavior in many forms. By embracing a new awareness of your special gifts, dads can build the foundation of emotional safety that the entire family deserves.
You can read the whole thing here:
The 5 Do's and Don'ts of Creating Family Emotional Safety
You will recognize some common themes here. What I didn't say in this article is how HOT a dad is who pulls this off. Not only does his attraction climb with his wife and kids, other women notice immediately.
Unless you're a single dad, this obviously is not a goal. However, it is clear proof how
much your ATTRACTIVENESS is determined by your self-confidence and willingness to step up.
This is a TRUE Story!
I get to listen to stories you wouldn't believe from guys who have
worked hard to become the man, husband, and dad they want to be. Their whole energy of confidence and unflappable value raises the eyebrows of the women they encounter everywhere - including their wives, of course.
One friend and long-time client told me how he was surrounded by the adoring moms at his kids' school one
evening. At an end of year celebration, they needed someone to stand up and say a few words to the crowd. This dude was living in a foreign country with limited command of the language! Not one of the other dads took any initiative.
So he did.
He chose to step up at the last minute to say a few heartfelt and touching words in their language while the other spineless dads stood by and watched.
It was brave, confident, and incredibly sexy.
The women of this country are known for their strong, feminist natures...and they couldn't get enough of this guy. He said the way they pushed toward him and lingered around him and touched him was damn near embarrassing.
Talk about validation. This man has become one solid dude. I'm so proud to know him.
And he's in the middle of a divorce.
I'm sure he's reading this now. Hi bro.
Thanks for the story.
