The crap about how you must learn to "raise your consciousness and embrace your equality with your wife in order to co-create a new level of intimacy, the supreme level of intimacy built upon a balance of individuation and shared responsibility....blah, blah, blah.
I've been reading too many opinions lately, can you tell?
Don't get me wrong. This cowboy meditates sometimes. It's pretty cool stuff.
I'm ALL ABOUT learning the deeper meaning behind who you really are, why you are like that, and charting your own path.
Eastern philosophy has a lot of interesting angles I connect with.
But it's no place to go to figure out the male/female dynamic in the West. At least not in this lifetime.
Do you want to create the life and relationship you want NOW or in your next life?
If you believe in reincarnation, then maybe you've got time to kill in this life.
BUT, you don't read my emails to guide you toward enlightenment.
You're here because you have a hunger, or a pain, or a fear about yourself, your relationship, and/or your ability to find a SOLUTION.
I get you. I know you. I feel what you feel.
You and I CREATE solutions together. <---click that
You and I don't sugar coat our words and we don't necessarily think that "everything will just work out fine" if we just submit to a journey of self-discovery.
Things aren't perfect in our life or relationship and we accept that we have a role in that. We can take control of our own thoughts, words, and actions.
We do this for ourselves first, and then we do it for others to demonstrate our love in ways THEY can feel our respect, trust, and passion.
We KNOW that if we have a PLAN and we TRY, we can actually create a whole new environment for ourselves and those we love.
We'll call bullshit on ourselves for screwing up and we'll call bullshit on anyone else in our circle who isn't pulling their weight.
We know we can't control the choices others make and we don't try to.
We invite others to share our values and our passions and we welcome and love all those who choose to do so.
Now that's enlightenment!
