Hi Guys and Gals!

I've been planning to shoot a video with one of my horses for awhile now.  Last weekend I finally got it done. SEE THE VIDEO HERE!

If you've read much about my passion for horses, you know that I see a LOT of parallels between building a great relationship with a horse and building one with a woman.

This video message is my attempt to show the "pre-wired" ability of a horse to react to negative pressure.  They don't just react, they FEEL an ENORMOUS sense of fear, insecurity, and distrust.

With one judgmental look - critical word - or condescending tone we can cause the SAME reaction in women and girls.

The intensity of their feeling of embarrassment and disapproval is nearly equal to how you would feel if a woman was to point at laugh at the size of your "manhood".  

Think about that.  Consider the "power" you have to create good feelings instead of bad.
I believe we can CHOOSE to do that.  We can replace our words and actions with choices that better reflect the man we want to be.

When we choose to be the leader of emotional safety, we do these things because it is who we are.  Choosing to be THAT GUY can finally FREE HER to trust, respect, and do the same for you .  Somebody has to go first.  Somebody needs to consistently model the behavior you expect from others.  That somebody is you.
