The snow and wind this week has been legendary. While I'm waiting for a front-end loader to dig my truck out of a 4 foot drift, I thought I would share this with you.
As I was hiking a 1/2 mile back to the house this morning from the stuck truck in sweatpants and 50 mph winds, I had time to think about "anger management". Luckily, my 30 minute hike allowed me to simmer down and remember some things about our ability to CHOOSE OUR FRAME OF MIND.
This such an important skill for us to develop. First for ourselves. Second, for everyone we care about. And third, for increasing our attractiveness and ability to build INTIMACY.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for a woman to become intimate with a man who does not understand her needs when it comes to CONFLICT. This is one of those departments we have to own.
