Here's
the point. If we complain about what we're not "getting" from women, it's a good sign we're probably afraid to "give".
Afraid
to give?
Yeah, but it's not like you're "afraid of her".
If you're anything like most of us, you're "afraid" of looking silly. "Afraid" of being being rejected. "Afraid of feeling like a loser."
We're
most "afraid" of looking or feeling like a damn Pu$$y.
Yep. I said it. This is directly reflected in the shame research done by Dr. Brene Brown when she studied men vs. women.
While women are most terrified about feeling or
being perceived as NOT GOOD ENOUGH...men are most terrified about feeling or being perceived as WEAK.
This is why the whole topic of EMASCULATION is talked about so much these days.
An emasculated man has allowed himself to be put into a
place in his relationship where he FEELS WEAK. And he hates that! And he's afraid OTHER MEN might see him as weak too.
When
a man feels powerless, all he can do is complain about what those in power are not doing for him.
It's time to stop complaining and start LEADING.
This
doesn't require confidence...it just requires courage to adopt a new way of thinking, speaking and behaving around those you believe have "all the power".
This applies in the romance and sex department.
It applies to how you
parent your kids.
And it applies to how you're managing your business or career.
So what now?
You know
what now.
I
want you to join our Tribe of men who are working on improving their leadership skills.
It's
the most powerful, courageous, compassionate and fun-loving group of men you'll ever have in your life.
After
12 years of leading this community, that's a promise, not a damn sales pitch.
If
you want to be more courageous in leading the intimacy in your marriage, you need to be more courageous about making a decision right now, in this moment.
Pick ONE THING below to get yourself off the bench.
Then, pick another.
Then...another. It gets easier. I promise.
