We men can be so clear and confident in our abilities to get shit done or fix the problem in other areas of life, but when it comes down to meeting the needs of another person, we can suddenly lose the belief in ourselves.

We put so much pressure on ourselves to perform sexually, and we're always looking for some angle to make us feel more confident of our ability to give her pleasure.

Whether it's social conditioning or something more primal, you feel more manly when you know that she enjoys being f*cked by you.

Maybe you've fallen into the trap of feeling ashamed when you came too quickly, or she made some comment about a previous sexual encounter and now you're quietly thinking about this other guy in the back of your mind.

Our tendency to measure who we are as a man by our sexual prowess is the undoing of many potentially beautiful, intimate moments and memories.

Are you mainly quiet during sex? This is often a sign that you want her to think you know exactly what you're doing. But a man who openly asks in the moment what she likes, and what feels good...that’s a man who's more confident and evolved as a lover.

It shows that you've worked through some of your own insecurities and are more focused on being WITH her and ENJOYING the experience rather than performing to achieve an outcome or reach a goal.

And another important thing to remember is that her feedback is not criticism. She really wants you to hear what she likes and doesn't like so you can lead her to more pleasure which will give you greater pleasure too!
