Women's intuition is a thing, so why not take advantage of it instead of fighting it?
Here's the deal.
Your wife has a highly tuned sense of "smell" when it comes to her man's energy. I'm talking about your mood, your intentions and even your thoughts.
No, she's not a mind reader. It's much easier than that.
It's more like a
smell. And she trusts it.
Good moods, intentions and thoughts smell good...really good. They can lead to more trust, connection and intimacy. This is because the feel safe and approachable.
Bad moods, intentions and thoughts smell bad. Like a fart.
I often say the "Fart of Chronic Disappointment" is the #1 killer of intimacy and romance.
When our relationship starts a downward trend, so do we.
Our thoughts tend toward negative stories, judgments and assumptions.
These thoughts create feelings of agitation, anger and chronic disappointment. That "odor" is unmistakable to her.
And it kills all desire for closeness and connection.
If you could only
change the thinking, you could change the feelings...then you change the "odor".
It's that simple.
Now, let's be honest. I just made all
that up.
But, it's a helluva lot more empowering than believing nothing is going to change. If you want something to change, then think about changing the only thing that is actually under your control.
This video is about my simple trick to change your thinking and, thereby, eliminate The Fart of Chronic Disappointment.
