Some things are just not as complicated as we make them.
Like relationships, for example.
One kind of guy has consistently shitty experiences in his relationships.
And another kind of guy has
consistently pleasant experiences in his relationships.

The reason we get shitty days and shitty relationships is mostly...and
SIMPLY...because of our shitty thinking.
Shitty thinking makes us anxious, angry, short-tempered, agitated, annoyed, disappointed and judgmental as f*ck. (Guy #1)
Kind thinking makes us relax, happier, patient, present, curious, supportive and generous. (Guy #2)
Shitty thinking is normally plagued by continuous over-thinking, analysis and interrogation. It complicates every single little event and projects shitty
meaning on to everything and everyone.
Today, I'm urging you (and me, honestly) to simply stop. Knock it off. Stop TRYING SO DAMN HARD to get people or things to go your way.
Just be nice. Seriously. Just that.
